During their future assignments in the profession as TVET trainers, graduates from TTC will introduce and promote aspirit of innovation to their respective work places and will perform their future work as efficient agents of change and development.
In pursuing these objectives, TTC contributes significantly to the establishment of a knowledge-based society, inviting all of its members to life-long learning and development of personal qualifications and professional skills. In particular, TTC

• Promotes sustainable economic development and the introduction of the dimension of entrepreneurship in all sectors of education and training.
• Contributes to educational reforms and human development guided by the vision of an enhanced convergence of knowledge acquisition and skills development, and of transforming educational and training services into a flexible and modular resource for life-long learning in a knowledge-based global economy of the 21st century.
